The idea of Red Tape Elementary began based on examples I would observe in society. A particular rule or restriction would be placed in power based on no more research than the particular enforcers personal ego driven paranoid delusion. I have not only evolved the project visually, but I have also advanced the idea. I myself watched my school become more like a bleak failing socialist country. Big thanks to Tim Lamb for helping out with this.
Also I have recomposed, and redeveloped some aspects of my Skating project
